At the end of last month, Headland HR celebrated its first significant milestone, one year in business. The business was set up by Founder and Company Director, Rebecca Gilbert. Rebecca referred to the past twelve months as ‘a rollercoaster of a year, full of highs and lows’ where Rebecca has ‘built resilience’ and met many ‘wonderful people’ in the local business environment.
Headland HR exists to help businesses navigate the people aspects their business journey. Through HR consultancy, Mediation and Coaching. Before starting Headland HR, Rebecca spent over 20 years forging a career in HR, working her way up from HR Trainee to Executive Director of People and Culture in various local businesses.
Now focusing on the year ahead, Rebecca is looking forward to entering the next phase of Headland HR’s business journey.
