Role of a Director

Directors provide key leadership on central areas of our strategy. Any member can be co-opted into a Director role during the year and can start serving on the board immediately. 

All Directors are leaders within their businesses and are members of the Chamber of Commerce. Our Directors represent a diverse range of industry sectors including finance, marketing, technology, hospitality etc.

Roles include financial, legal, marketing, membership, events, and project management.

Role of a Consultants/Advisor

We have various consultants/advisors spanning from education, political, and external agencies. Consultants/Advisors do not need to run a business, but must have a specialism that they are representing within the Chamber board.
